ZSL Shop Returns and Refunds

  • You can return your item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Items which have been personalized, such as animal adoptions, cannot be refunded.
  • Delivery charges for unwanted items that have been returned cannot be refunded.
  • The refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the original order.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return non-defective items.

Education Tickets and Workshops

  • Education tickets are non-refundable.
  • Education workshops are charged at the following rates in addition to zoo entry:
  • Free during the autumn term and first half of the spring term
  • £45.00 per workshop with a 35-student max capacity and duration 1 hour max, for the rest of the academic year

Event Tickets and Experiences

  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable as per ZSL’s terms and conditions.
  • A full refund will be made on open-ended vouchers, providing a date has not been booked and the voucher has more than three months until expiry.
  • For experiences like Keeper for a Day, Photography workshops, London Zoo Lodges, a full refund or date change can be provided as long as it is a minimum of 2 months before the date of the experience.
  • For animal adoptions, a full refund or date change can be provided as long as it is a minimum of 14 days before the date of the experience.

Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable.
  • If any person attempts to enter an Attraction with a ticket that has been resold without ZSL’s written consent, ZSL may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by ZSL.

  • Tickets are valid only for the date stated upon them.
  • Tickets are non-transferable to other persons or other ZSL Zoos, and may not be resold without the prior written consent of ZSL.
  • ZSL reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry into or remove from one of our Zoos, any person.

Exchanging the Purchaser’s Name

  • The participant’s name can be exchanged providing ZSL is given a minimum of seven days’ notice.
  • If the person who arrives does not match the name provided on our records, they will not be granted admittance to the experience.
